(More customer reviews)This video is an excellent source to the Wado kata system, allthough spoke in Japanese, it is still a good training tool for the beginner on up. The instructor in the video shows each kata at different angles and speeds plus you have the power of rewind and pause. I was in the Wado Ryu karate Do system when i was a teenager,now several years latter I'm getting back in to it again. This video has helped me do that. I rate this video as an excellent tool for the Wado system. But dont take this wrong it will never take the the place of a dedicated istructor.
