Outstanding review of breaststroke turns/pullouts by champion athletes (NCAA and USA World Championship team member Dave Denniston, and USA Olympian Glenn Mills). Analyzes the breaststroke (and, by extension, its corollary, butterfly) turn down into easily understandable steps. Undoubtedly will improve one's turns! Buying this video also helps pay the medical expenses of Dave Denniston.
