(More customer reviews)I am a 4th dan Tae Kwon Do instructor and have been practicing the art of Tae Kwon Do for about 18 years. This DVD has been the most helpful Poomse reference I have ever purchased. The DVD has helped me and my students.
1) Every form is repeated twice, so you don't have to keep rewinding. The 2nd time, the form is done in slow motion (not digital slow motion but Master Mak actually performs the form slower).
2) The sound effects, background music and the nice scenario really allows my younger students to enjoy practicing/refreshing their memory of the forms at home. It even keeps the older students on their toes.
3) The DVD quality from the packaging to the filming is flawless. Excellent product. The video is professionally edited and fluent.
Awesome DVD, 100s of my students have already purchased it and love it. I'm glad that there is finally a DVD that contains all the palgwe and taegeuk forms. Makes it so much more convenient.
Overall, great DVD, engaging performance, excellent quality.
