Just 4 or 5 massage therapist talking about their modality of massage and it's benefits.
But there is no instruction. no teaching just generalizations.
The video quality is below poor. Definitely shoot be an amateur. The sound track is not filtered.
Overall a ripoff of 30 dollars (once you include taxes)
I want my money back!
