I have really enjoyed this DVD. The warm-up is not hard to do and keeps the core in shape and the stretching is challenging but not too hard. But the strength workout is much harder than it looked when I just viewed it. You will certainly find out if one side of your body is stronger/weaker than the other. I have a knee problem and this workout has exposed that the reason for the problem is a weak left side in general. I am looking forward to her next DVD - I will be purchasing it!

Woodchops provide an incredible core workout and are ideal to perform with a resistance band. Simply step on the band with your left foot and grab the band with both hands. Now, squat down and twist towards your left foot, then stand up, pulling the band with your hands so that when you are standing up, your arms are extended above your heard on the right side of your body.
