A fellow coach gave me this DVD a year ago, but lent it out to my rowers (I coach rowing) and someone obviously liked it enough to keep it! Of all the DVD's in my rowing library, I think this one is the best overall as it provides good instruction in all phases of rowing and sculling.If you purchase only one video this season, this is the one to get. Highly recommended!
