If you want a qigong video strictly for health, this one is great, especially for spinal movements, and upper body work. Dr. Yang teaches exercises for the arms, completely, from the fingers to the shoulders. You learn to be very soft and smooth with these exercises, and it's very relaxing. The exercises for the chest and torso are great for loosening up and building strength. The upper body work really improves health by stimulating the immune system. In fact, some of these chest execises are practiced in China to protect against breast cancer.
If are a student of White Crane Kung Fu, Karate, or any open handed system, this is an excellent place to build and fortify the foundation of your training. I recommend the book by Dr. tang too, which gives the history of White Crane, and deep discussion about the qigong and "jin" exercises.
