I'm a fan of CT's principles, he is a very nice guy, and I did spend the money on the DVD and international shipping. Having said that, I feel that the DVD could have more bang for the buck. It's not too long and there are a lot of repetitions, for example there's a short explanation segment before each cluster technique, then they switch to the demonstration where he repeats the same thing again.
I was somewhat disappointed that he used his girlfriend for the demonstrations. He could have used voiceover and do the exercises himself - I would have preferred that. Also, albeit the execution was otherwise well-controlled, sometimes they didn't follow the described principle, for example the isometric hold they did was barely 1 sec, while the technique called for 5 seconds (I know they probably filmed the whole thing in one sitting and that's gruesome, but still).
The bonus Q&A segment has substandard picture and sound quality, and again, the substance is "inflated", there are a lot of repetitions of the same thing.
All in all, the cluster methods are very interesting and valid, the explanations and demonstration for the most part are very useful, but I expect a little bit more "information density" from the Coach for a full DVD film. If money is not an issue, it's good to have this DVD, but otherwise it's overpriced at 40 dollars for the value, because you can read about and understand clusters on the web for free.
