(More customer reviews)All 3 dvd's are awesome. Mindy has such a great teaching style. I especially loved partner medicine ball and slammin' sports training. As a personal trainier, I got a lot of great ideas for my clients and for my own workouts. It's hard to find dvd's and videos that actually show a lot of strength training exercises. I bought this 3 pack especially because it involved working with medicine balls and a bosu, which are 2 of my favorites. Great value too!
