(More customer reviews)for a newbee volleyball coach/instructor like me,this video provided a lot of answers to most of my FAQ regarding volleyball. from fundamental skills to basic tactics, this video got it. plus, a lot of very practical theoretical info were also included. it's like having a moving book. it is not a drill video though, so if you are looking for drills for your 14 y/o and bellow team, buy the other one Games Approach to Coaching Volleyball Video from ASEP, or better yet buy both.
