(More customer reviews)I love this DVD because it helped me develop a Muay Thai program at my school. I do have a few complaints. 1. The main girl in the video is south paw. This make a lot of what he teaches confusing. I am left wondering if he is changing his examples to cater to her or not? 2. The heavy bag they use is not a banana bag. So I wonder if they cut corners for the video or if they just use short bags? 3. It could have been better if they had practiced it first so that the pair in the back ground was doing the same things as the instructor. 4. The music is annoying and way to loud. But with even with my complaints I think this DVD is a great deal and I watch it over and over.
