(More customer reviews)I wish I could say something about this DVD but I can't since I haven't seen it. I ordered a number of swimming DVDs last summer on Amazon and made the mistake of not getting this one out for the kids to watch until just now. There is some random DVD about coaching tips in the case instead of the one about the 7 competitive turns. Thirty bucks down the drain. If buying used merchandise, always look in the case as soon as you receive it.
