(More customer reviews)While all of the instruction is demonstrated on long boards, this is still very pertinent for an entry-level to moving on range of instruction. The emphasis on mast foot pressure--mostly ignored by other books and videos--helped me get in the straps for the first time. I particularly liked the style, light-hearted without trying to be phony surfer dude cool. I'm trying hard to find the follow on.
