This video is great for Bagua Zhang enthusiasts. This series of 3 DVDs are the most informative yet of the Bagua Zhang videos for demonstrating and explaining applications. Mr. Bisio has obviously done a lot of research and practice with Bagua Zhang and it shows in these videos.
In the first video, Mr. Bisio explains circle walking, 8 postures (Bagua traditionally does practices in sets or multiples of eight) and throws in an extra 2 postures for a full representation of different families of Bagua Zhang for a total of 10 walking postures. After explaining and demonstrating how to walk with the postures he does several demonstrations of applications for each posture.
The DVD presentation jumps very fast into the postures and applications, so if you are not already familiar with Bagua Zhang circle walking you may want to start with the DVD Bagua: The Art of Change by Ted Mancuso.

These postures are also covered in the book that he co wrote with Gao Ji Wu, The Essentials of Ba Gua Zhang.
The DVDs are very well made. The video is clear with good back lighting, and the audio is good. And the DVD menus are well made so that you can jump to the sections of your choice.Bagua Zhang DVDs (with applications) in this series:

If you have a tight budget and have to choose between ordering the books and ordering the DVDs, I recommend starting with the DVDs first as they are easier to follow.
