My first impression after opening the box was that the appearance of the packaging and DVDs seemed cheap but I always believe you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, but I believe my first impression was accurate on this one. The best way I can describe this is it comes across to me as a teenage dance routine. Where you are repeatedly walking through a series of moves and ultimately combining them to form a supposedly sexy dance. I am in fairly good shape and was hoping for it to be more along the lines of a fun workout-didn't break a sweat. I was also very annoyed by the sound of the instructor's voice (my husband was in the other room and mentioned it as well). [...]
