David Hite, Jr. explains the techniques in such a way that anyone watching can participate and truly learn how to protect and defend themselves. The spiritual content in this video is wonderful. A martial arts and spiritual lesson all in one! Who can ask for more?! This video is like no other! I highly recommend this video be in every household!
