(More customer reviews)This DVD is great. Obviously Nog has one of the best guards in the history of MMA, and he shows all his best moves with the help of his brother Rogerio. It's all geared towards MMA, and Nogueira himself explains the details. He covers everything from reversals to submissions. The quality of the DVD is among the best I've ever seen. Audio, video, and the menus are all flawless. I highly recommend this DVD.
