As a teacher and educator for over 20 years, with my own educational products, I enthusiastically recommend Til's DVDs to students looking for that extra knowledge to deal with virtually every complaint or request for improved body function or posture. His entire set or individual DVDs are very well produced and clear; his explanations are precise and easy to grasp; and seeing Til perform the work in real time gives a huge advantage over just reading about techniques in a book. Til is a great teacher with a wealth of knowledge presented here. The knowledge you gain from this set will pay for the cost of the DVDs in the first few days as clients will immediately notice the difference in your work and become regulars who will refer their friends.
Do check out Til's website ([...]) for more detailed information about the DVDs and for Til's schedule of excellent workshops.

Great DVD! The teaching is clear cut and the demonstrations are excellent. You get a really close up perspective. The presenter has a sense of humor and is great with explaining complex material. It's definitely not a watch it one time DVD.I can see re-watching it to deepen skills and keep inspired. A lot of the techniques were new to me.

Not just for this video, but for the whole Advanced Trainings DVD series (own them all and attended the seminars), they are a wealth of knowledge and a fantastic approach to MFR techniques. All techniques are instructed by Advanced Certified Rolfers in a simple and concise way. If you are looking to improve your bodywork techniques with better results to follow, this is a great place to start. The Advanced Trainings crew have given me a completely brand new and broader sense of bodywork and it's possibilities. I am forever grateful.

I highly recommend this DVD on feet, knees and legs. I was particularly helped by the techniques for foot and knee - they were new and interesting and I've had great results with them. Bodywork on the foot makes a huge impact on knee and low back pain, and of course on foot problems themselves, and this DVD gives you some excellent ways to make a difference.
The whole series of Advanced Myofascial Techniques DVD's is excellent (I've used several now). They are shot at actual seminars and training sessions so they include hands on demonstrations of the technique with responses from the recipient, live student questions, instructor explanations.
