Sigi Schmid's Complete Collection of Soccer Tactics DVD Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Ok I checked out both offense and defense dvds at my local libarary. sigi schmid is mls coach of the year and won the cup with the crew in 2008 but these dvds dont live up to his name. The offense dvd is horrible, I learned nothing from it. Ok, well I did learn one thing from the offense dvd.."if you are going to miss a pass miss it far like that the other team cant counter".. The defense dvd was a little better but still the same thing drills drills and drills. Don't excpect to learn how to trap, dribble, pass, and shoot the ball. Forget about learning to curve and what not. All these dvds do is give you like 5 or more training drills that are pretty much dull that you can prob get from the internet. If I were to spend money id prob do it on another product...maybe blast the ball , I dont know. If you know any products that are good or maybe better or similar to blast the ball shoot me an email at rickalex21@gmail.com subject "sigi schmid dvd review". Thanks, I like to leave reviews because I know other people do the same for products that im thinking about buying and Im paying it forward.

Manchester United Official History 1878-2002 Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I've been a United fan for almost 30 years and I thought this was a delicious treat. Good portion of history for starters, excellent main course of some more modern clips (1970s to the present), and some wonderful extras for a dessert that just about put the main feature to shame. Best goals ever, best players ever, best games ever--how could you argue with that? In not so many words, I think it's a hit.

FC Barcelona 2009 Champion of Champions 2 Disc DVD Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)When my daughter accidently deleted the HD version of the Champions League game from by DVR, I was hopeful this DVD would be a replacement, especially since the final game is presented in its entirety. Unfortunately, the great Barcelona victory is ruined by poor quality. It's almost like someone slapped these games together and burned them to a DVD at home. I'm surprised such a well run organization would authorize such a low quality product.

Building The Complete Soccer Athlete: Train Like A Pro Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)As an athlete who's really into fitness myself, I was very impressed with the variety of workouts demonstrated in this DVD and how effective the exercises are! After just a few weeks you can really feel the difference in your speed and endurance from following this program. (Just make sure you eat right and get enough rest because it's a good challenge). There are so many technical drills and moves as well that I'm sure even an experienced soccer player will find something new. The nutrition and motivation tips were a nice touch also, but I liked the workout the best. If you play soccer seriously it's worth checking out.

UEFA Champions League Final 2011 FC Barcelona v Manchester United Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This expensive game video comes with no extras, passive commentary from a couple of bored guys with no interesting insights, and poor video quality. The only saving grace is the quality of the game itself, struggling to matter in the face of such indifference.

SOCCER TRAINING SERIES: SOCCER TRAINING WALL WORK Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)The cheese factor of the introduction section of this DVD was insanely cheesy...almost to the point that I couldn't take it seriously. I'm glad I did manage to manage to sit through it and get on with the skills and drills, which I found very helpful (and more so, so did my son who started playing indoor soccer in addition to his outdoor soccer this year).

Thierry Henry - Legend Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I didn't see all of thierry henry's amazing arsenal run, but i did see alot of the latter years. He's always been my favorite player, and this dvd illustrates that to a tee. Great interviews with announcers, past and present teammates and from the man himself. Alot like gretzky, henry did all this with hardly any enemies. A humble athlete on and off the field. I'm not sure how long it will take another player to topple his staggering 226 all-time goals for arsenal, but in the mean time, you can see all of them here. Another great part of henry was his connection to the fans. And also his celebrations showed just how much he loved the team he played for. HENRY = LEGEND!!!!!!!!
