Pictures paint a thousand words, and the cover tells it like it is: Brutal, devastating, final.
There is no way the opponent can handle this type of systematic over-kill of their body and mind.It is instantly understood and can be used by anyone determined to win against all odds.
Think you have seen it all folks? I doubt it. But be warned: this takes self preservation further than every other system or martial art and should only be used when you are faced with high level danger. No one can prepare or condition themselves to handle this kind of self defense.
Truly primal. Truly a winning strategy.

(More customer reviews)DVD provides an excellent training system which you can use on the Body bag.
There are a number of different training classes on the DVD such as 1) Punching 2) Ground attacks and clinches, Headbutts, stuff you wouldn't really think of by yourself as you pounded away with straight punches and strikes.
All Sammy Franco's products that I bought so far (three items in all) have been excellent for private at home training and would also help in Martial arts classes as well.
