(More customer reviews)I am 29yrs old and have played baseball all my life. I've been playing slowpitch for about 18 months and had never hit a home run in my life in either sport. The same day that I watched this DVD I hit THREE. The DVD is old and the equipment on it is outdated but the instruction is right on the sweet spot.
