(More customer reviews)After I bought a couple of these DVDs for my son during tryouts, I shared them with other parents and we decided to go in together to buy this for our coach. He was really excited and has started loaning them out to different players so they can practice at home. He especially liked the check off sheets because the kids could practically do them on their own.

Coach Watson's techniques are easily understood and are easily applied. The drills are excellent ranging from basic to advanced. It's like going to a football camp over and over again. The practice sheet is extremely handy!

(More customer reviews)This DVD shows a variety of different kicks with lots of emphasis on form. My son ended up being a lineman, but used this DVD to improve his kicking during tryouts. And now one of his friends who is the kicker is using the DVD and says he's learned alot from the DVD that he didn't learn on the field.

Our 10 year old especially loves football and looks forward to their short training sessions together. Plus the players are so "cool". My husband has a great time because he finally has something to do with them and the kids love having his attention! It's just really great to see them having so much fun together. (More customer reviews)This is a very informative video! If your child is a new player this video goes over the basic skills for all the positions! It teach some basic drills for each position for your child to practice and master basic football skills. You may have to watch it the first time with your child as it uses football terminology but doesn't always explain them completely. Not a difinative guide by any means but a good place to start teaching the skills for a first year player.
