(More customer reviews)I have really enjoyed this DVD. The warm-up is not hard to do and keeps the core in shape and the stretching is challenging but not too hard. But the strength workout is much harder than it looked when I just viewed it. You will certainly find out if one side of your body is stronger/weaker than the other. I have a knee problem and this workout has exposed that the reason for the problem is a weak left side in general. I am looking forward to her next DVD - I will be purchasing it!
