This dvd instructional is awesome and is a must have for any Marcelo Garcia fan or bjj fan. His crucifix disc is just great. And if you like to use the omoplata Marcelo has got 4 disc of it to help broaden your game. He shows setups from every where. This is definitely a series for more experienced BJJ practitioners. If you are a beginner it might be better to start with Marcelo Garcia series 1. And if you are really new to BJJ you should try some more basic instructionals, or just go down to the local BJJ school and sign up. I hope this review has helped.
