(More customer reviews)I have rheumatoid arthritis and wanted some form of exercise besides walking and swimming that I could do to retain my flexibility. Tai-Chi also has meditative qualities that I like but those are not mentioned in the DVD at all. The pace is slow and sequential. It is repeated 3 times before learning a new move. I found it very user friendly and easy to learn because of the slow repetitive pace. I will order others Dr. Lam might produce.
