To Be the Best (1992) Review

To Be the Best (1992)

I actually liked this movie the first time I saw it, but every time I watch it seems to get a little better. The fact is its a typical American martial arts movie that actually is above average in several regards. The story is simple, but actually develops and there is a bit of chemistry between characters. Most of the actors are familiar faces from many other martial arts movies such as Michael Worth (Final Impact, Fists of Iron), Martin Kove (The Karate Kid Series, Shootfighter), Steven Vincent Leigh (Deadly Bet, Ring of Fire), Ron Yuan (Ring of Fire 1 & 2), and Vince Murdocco (Kickboxer 2, Ring of Fire).
The movie has a decent amount of action from beginning to end, with most of the fights taking place in the tournament at the Sands hotel in Las Vegas. There are plenty of tournament fights and most are pretty decent. The only annoyance are the 2 announcers, who seem to describe every punch and kick as it happens.
To Be The Best could have turned out even better if the acting and some cheesy moments were improved upon, but thats typical of these type of films. If you like any of these martial artist actors, lots of tournament action, and flashy Las Vegas, this should be quite a pleaser.

Go Swim Breaststroke with Dave Denniston Review

Go Swim Breaststroke with Dave Denniston
Average Reviews:

The whole DVD consists of 6 chapters where they go over key points in IMPROVING your breaststroke technique.
There are several basic drills they present to improve common breaststroke mistakes and/or bad habits.
Namely the points are: eyes down under, eyes down above, reach full extension, finish your kick, use a mini pull, send it forward.
I will probably be able to use some of it but as a beginner who is struggling to get the basics of the pull and catch I resented the lack of a short description of the basic movements. Also the price does not make any economic sense: 39 dollars for a DVD? It only reduces the number of consumers and provides incentives to piracy.

Walt Disney Treasures - The Complete Goofy (1941) Review

Walt Disney Treasures - The Complete Goofy (1941)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Here is a list of all forty-six Goofy cartoons--year by year--contained on this new Disney Treasures collection:
1939-"Goofy and Wilbur" (Goofy's first official "solo" short)
1940-"Goofy's Glider" (The first in the long-running "How-to" series)
1941-"Baggage Buster", "The Art of Skiing", "The Art of Self-Defense"
1942-"How to Play Baseball", "The Olympic Champ", "How to Swim", "How to Fish"
1943-"Victory Vehicles" (Could have been released under the delayed "Wartime Cartoons" Disney Treasures collection)
1944-"How to Be a Sailor", "How to Play Golf", "How to Play Football"
1945-"Tiger Trouble", "African Diary", "Californy er Bust", "Hockey Homicide"
1946-"A Knight for a Day", "Double Dribble"
1947-"Foul Hunting"
1948-"They're Off", "The Big Wash"
1949-"Tennis Racquet", "Goofy Gymnastics"
1950-"Motor Mania", "Hold That Pose"
1951-"Lion Down", "Home Made Home", "Cold War", "Tomorrow We Diet", "Get Rich Quick", "Fathers Are People", "No Smoking"
1952-"Father's Lion", "Hello Aloha", "Man's Best Friend", "Two Gun Goofy", "Teachers Are People", "Two Weeks Vacation", "How to Be a Detective"
1953-"Father's Day Off", "For Whom the Bulls Toil", "Father's Weekend", "How to Dance", "How to Sleep" (the last of the "How-to" series made for the big screen)
1961-"Aquamania"
Though this collection is "The Complete Goofy", it would have been nice to include the two cartoons Goofy did with Donald Duck ("No Sail" and "Crazy with the Heat") in 1945 and '47, respectively (probably saved for a later Donald Duck collection in the DT series). Also, "How to Ride a Horse" and "El Gaucho Goofy" (taken from "The Reluctant Dragon" and "Saludos Amigos", respectively) were re-released in an animated short format in the 1950's, but are obviously unnecessary to include in this collection. Goofy also appeared in "Freewayphobia" and "Freewayphobia #2" (both in 1965) which also appears to not be included here (probably because these were educational films produced extensively during this time by the Disney company).
Many of the above-mentioned Goofy shorts contained controversial scenes that have been removed and/or altered by the Disney company in recent years. This collection is promising that they will all be uncut--so let's hope they will be seen the way they were originally seen if only for the historical context. Last year's "Mickey Mouse in Living Color" and "Silly Symphonies" collections lived up to that promise, though the "Disneyland USA" set had some perplexing cuts.
This collection is one of three exciting, new releases this December in the second wave of the continuing Disney Treasures series (and extremely limited edition--125,000 appearing to be made instead of the 150,000 last year). There were supposed to be four releases again this year, but the intended fourth (Disney Wartime Cartoons) was delayed for reasons--as of this writing--unexplained by host/compiler of the DT series, Leonard Maltin.
The other two releases for this year: "Mickey Mouse in Black and White", and "Behind the Scenes at the Disney Studio."

Iron Man Magazine: Critical Mass Bodybuilding Beginner and Intermediate Review

Iron Man Magazine: Critical Mass Bodybuilding Beginner and Intermediate
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I purchased this DVD recently and I'm really impressed with it. Even though I'm not a bodybuilder or aspiring to be one, I am seriously into staying in shape (I'm just past my mid forties and have been continuously training for over 20 years.) Weight training is a significant part of my fitness program and I figure that if I'm going to do it I want to use the best and most efficient resources available. This POF approach is an interesting and apparently scientific approach. I also use X-reps (extended reps) in my training as well which is advocated by Steve Holman and Jonathan Lawson, the creators of POF training.
I believe they started using the X-reps later on, probably after this DVD was filmed so it's not part of this particular DVD. Still, it's not hard to incorporate X-reps into one's training. My understanding of X-reps is to use partials at the end of a full range of motion set to extend the exercise by working in a strong range. I like these better than forced reps because you have to totally control the weight which also seems less likely to cause injury.
Anyway, this DVD explains the primary priciples of POF (Positions of flexion)training. These involves using midrange, stretch and contracted positions (in that order). The stretch position is supposed to stimulate something called the myotatic reflex which is supposed to shock the muscle by putting it into an emergency mode which stimulates a stronger contraction. The DVD then goes through all the primary bodyparts showing how to train them using the POF technique.
I've originally found out about POF training by reading quite a few articles and interviews w/ Holman and Lawson. I was really intrigued by what they had to say, so when I saw this DVD I immediately ordered it.
It is well filmed and demonstrated. It is also very well organized. It first shows the various approaches of POF to the specific body part (midrange, stretch and contracted), then it goes on to show various routines you can use to hit that bodypart.
I like the fact that it lays out the material, shows a couple of variations of exercises, then summarizes each chapter for each bodypart.
There's one technical observation I wanted to point out regarding the audio of the program. Sometimes the voiceover is a bit distorted. I'm not sure if there is too much bass mixed into the speaking voice or if it was recorded at too hot a signal, but it breaks up slightly from time to time. This doesn't effect the efficacy of the program, it's certainly more than clear enough, it's just an observation I wanted to pass along so that if someone orders it they know to expect it rather than being suprised by it. The whole program doesn't seem this way, mostly it seems to be in the beginning segments.

Roller Derby Chronicles (2010) Review

Roller Derby Chronicles (2010)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Roller Derby has always been one of the most controversial American entertainment events/sports. It was born of the Great Depression, and has been described as six-day bicycle racing on roller skates. As it evolved over the decades, the emphasis on skating eventually gave way to fisticuffs and infield "color."
ROLLER DERBY CHRONICLES is a fabulous three-DVD set that pays tribute to the best intentions of the family that pioneered the sport. The festivities commence on disc one with a nearly hour-long documentary about the founders and some of the great skaters who graced the league during its heyday. Then, the acclaimed documentary DERBY (1970) follows in its entirety. DERBY actually crossed over to the theatrical arthouse circuit back in the day, and is still treasured by fans for its depiction of the Roller Derby world circa 1969/1970.
The other two DVDs offer a variety of games spanning the modern age of the sport, 1952-1977. It should be noted that virtually no game films survive from the 1964-1972 era, so that particular period isn't represented here (other than the 1969/70 game footage in the documentary DERBY). The overall visual quality is excellent, given the vintage of these games. Many of Roller Derby's greatest stars are on display throughout. Also included is the second half of a Canadian game from 1974, which provides a nice showcase for the Derby's primary competition, another league that called itself Roller Games.
Whether you're still an active fan, or just nostalgic for the days when Roller Derby ruled the airwaves, this three-DVD set wonderfully brings the era back to life.

WWE: OMG The Top 50 Incidents in WWE History Review

WWE: OMG The Top 50 Incidents in WWE History
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
In the decades WWE has been around, there have been numerous incidents that have happened that made you do a double take or think "Did I just see that?" & made you say "Oh My God!" Well WWE compiled their own list of these type of incidents here. Now this set is no different than WWE's previous "countdown" sets ("Top 50 Superstars" & "Best Of SmackDown") where the incidents picked & order they are in won't please everyone so you just have to take it for what it's worth. Now I'm not going to give you a list of the incidents because others already have (and some may not want to be spoiled) but I will tell you that the main highlight for this set is that this is not a "TV-PG" censored presentation meaning that you'll see the blood, no blurring when seeing Austin's middle fingers, and you'll hear MOST of the foul language. The documentary is strictly that countdown with highlights of each incident with comments from various WWE talents mixed in such as WWE director Kerwin Styles, David Otunga, Wade Barrett, C.M. Punk, Booker T, Jim Ross, Kofi Kingston, Evan Bourne, Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler, The Miz, Curt Hawkings, Chris Masters, John Cena, William Regal, Santino Marella, Tyson Kidd, Todd Grisham, Matt Striker, JTG, Jerry Lawler, Zack Ryder, Drew McIntyre, and Scott Sanford.
Matches Include:
No Holds Barred Match: WWE Champion Shawn Michaels vs. Diesel - Not much of the wrestling world heard of ECW at this time so you saw many things you haven't seen before or in a very long time & was one of the first matches in WWF that you started to see a more aggressive & physical style that was infamous during the "Attitude Era". Look out for various moments such as HBK's being powerbombed through a table & the ending involving AWA legend Mad Dog Vachon.
"In Your House: Good Friends, Better Enemies" Apr. '96
[From The Vault: Shawn Michaels]
WWE Intercontinental Champion Hunter Hearst-Helmsley vs. Undertaker - For those who don't remember the original concept of Shotgun Saturday Night, WWE would hold wrestling matches in various nightclubs in New York City but this episode took place at Penn Station (a train station) and just like the traffic in New York, this was completely out of control with the referee getting nailed in the first minute followed by it being taken out of the ring resulting in a tombstone that didn't send him to hell but he was definitely sent crashing down.
"Shotgun Saturday Night" Feb. '97
Hell In A Cell Match: Undertaker vs. Mankind - This was probably the most famous Cell match & the match that launched Mick Foley into wrestling immortality. He was thrown off the cage, through the cage, dropped on thumbtacks twice...this was the beating of the lifetime with Terry Funk getting involved at one point & getting chokeslammed out of his shoes.
King Of The Ring '98
[Tombstone: History Of The Undertaker; Mick Foley's Greatest Hits & Misses]
WWE Hardcore Champion Shane McMahon vs. Steve Blackman - This was only memorable for one thing...Shane McMahon's falling backward from the top of the SummerSlam stage. The rest of the match was just Blackman battling Test & Albert while Shane was trying to get his cheap shots in whenever he wasn't running away from Blackman.
SummerSlam '00
[WWF Hardcore]
T.L.C. II Match: WWE Tag Team Championship Dudley Boyz vs. Hardy Boyz vs. Edge & Christian - TLC II followed the same patterns as their previous ladder matches with the exception this time being the involvement of Lita, Rhyno, and Spike Dudley. This match has the highlight reel of Edge (off the top of the ladder) spearing Jeff Hardy (who was hanging from the belt hooks) all the way to the floor that WWE still uses in some promotional videos today.
WrestleMania X-7
[The Ladder Match; Hardy Boyz: Leap Of Faith]
Street Fight Match: Kurt Angle vs. Shane McMahon - This match was one of the matches of the year as these two delivered such an amazing performance that it ended up injuring both men for at least a month afterwards such as Shane McMahon being constantly thrown into the glass stage walls that had no give resulting in him landing on his head. This had something for everyone's taste. Brawling, weapons, high impact moves, storytelling...and even some amateur wrestling. I consider this a lost classic that's not finally made it's way onto a DVD set.
King Of The Ring '01
WWE Champion Brock Lesnar vs. Big Show - Brock Lesnar was one of the people who is able to bring out the best quality that Big Show has based off their previous encounters but this was one of those cases where something had to give...but nobody expected WHAT did end up giving away.
"SmackDown" June '03
[Brock Lesnar: Here Comes The Pain]
Concrete Crypt Match: Undertaker vs. Dudley Boyz - Wrestlecrap at it's finest as Undertaker for the most part beat up the WWE Tag Team Champions with Paul Heyman running his mouth non-stop for most of the match until the end when Taker won the match & scared off Heyman & ended up burying Paul Bearer in the concrete himself. This is one of those matches & moments that should be forgotten, not remembered.
Great American Bash '04
[Undertaker's Deadliest Matches]
WWE Champion John Cena vs. Edge - Edge earns his nickname "the ultimate opportunist" here as he cashed in his "Money In The Bank" at the right time to finally win the WWE Championship.
New Year's Revolution '06
[Edge: Decade Of Decadence; Satan's Prison: Elimination Chamber Anthology]
Hardcore Match: Mick Foley vs. Edge - This was about Mick Foley getting his "WrestleMania moment" and he did because I felt like this was the best match of the night & one of the best hardcore matches in WWE history. Lita getting a barb-wired Mr. Socko & the spear though the flaming table at the end is really something that has to be seen.
WrestleMania 22
[Edge: Decade Of Decadence; Mick Foley's Greatest Hits & Misses: Hardcore Edition]
(Blu-Ray) WWE Intercontinental Champion Jeff Hardy vs. Randy Orton - Don't let the title fool you because Randy Orton had no intentions of winning the Intercontinental Championship here but everything that happened after the match is more memorable here as we saw the biggest swanton bomb Hardy has ever given in WWE.
"RAW" Jan. '08
[Jeff Hardy: My Life, My Rules]
(Blu-Ray) World Champion Edge vs. John Cena vs. Big Show - As usual, Cena had quite an entrance as it was an almost scary sight seeing that many John Cena's and I even joked with my friends saying that it was the "Cena Clux Clan"...will the real Slim Shady please stand up? All three men put in a good performance here with various highlights featured the Guerrero's getting involved & Big Show putting in a dominate performance along with doing a classic Andre The Giant spot, and Cena showing strength lifting Edge & Show on his shoulders at the same time. This was one of those main events were it solid & had some fun moments that surpassed all the buildup going into it (thought the storyline was pretty weak myself) but it wasn't the best match each man has had against each other.
WrestleMania 25
(Blu-Ray) John Cena vs. C.M. Punk - Long before they would have their more famous battles over the WWE Championship, they met here in a match on RAW that's more famous for how they were in the wrong place at the wrong time as a group of rookies decided to make an impact that left a lasting impression.
"RAW" June '10
Other DVD extras include outtakes of Jerry Lawler's comments on events, Roddy Piper cutting Haiti Kid's hair, Jake Roberts' snake biting Randy Savage, The Rockers' breakup on the Barber Shop, Stone Cold stuns Vince McMahon for the first time, Zamboni 3:16, Austin drives a beer truck into RAW, Big Boss Man at the funeral for Big Show's father, Kurt Angle's Milk Truck, Austin & Booker T brawling in a supermarket, Chris Jericho's Highlight Reel with Trish & Lita, Vince McMahon's limo explosion, and Jeff Hardy on The Cutting Edge on the Blu-Ray edition.
In the end, it was a good countdown as some moments made me laugh while others really made me go "OMG!" along with reminding me of some incidents I completely forgot about. There are some DVD repeats on here but I'm not going to complain because some of the releases were so old (going back to almost a decade ago) that they needed to be put out there again to enjoy. Some incidents I felt like shouldn't have been on here at all (Cena picking up Edge & Show wasn't that special to me plus did I need to be reminded of Tim White's suicide attempts?) & I personally wouldn't have put them in the order they did but at the same time, I'm glad incidents from the different eras of WWE were spread all throughout the countdown from top to bottom. It's a good highlight reel which was the point of this presentation so it's something I would recommend...just wish they would have let Joey Styles host the set as this is his catchphrase.

Run DMC Run. Darren McFadden is the greatest Hog Ever! The product states that several sports writers and commentators, such as the legendary Mel Kiper Jr., have reviewed the titles and stated that they were well done.
The title uses the best game highlight footage selected by the coaches, which is called the "coaches tape," and which is later supplied to the NFL scouts as they evaluated these players prior to the NFL April drafts.
It was great to hear and see what these scouts had to say about many of these great athletes as RB Darren McFadden, RB Felix Jones, QB/WR Matt Jones, CB Chris Houston, DE Jamal Anderson, DL Keith Jackson, LB Jeb Huckeba, OL Tony Ugoh, LB Sam Olajubutu, DL Arrion Dixon, and RB Decori Birmingham.
"The digital footage is top quality and is accompanied by professional-looking graphics. The narration is brief, letting the action tell the story."
-Ken Thompson, NFL Sports Writer (The Journal and Courier).
"Extremely well put together and impressive. Honestly better than I expected. "
-Chris Horwedel, owner of NFL Draft Blitz

Oh wow...I totally disagree with the previous reviewer! This DVD is exceptional because it breaks down the stroke into its basic key elements and then shows how they all fit together. The DVDs are full of excellent underwater video. Brendan is an exceptional swimmer and is used in this video as an example. This video is about swimming and is not meant to be a Hansen swim biography. Glenn Mills is swimmer who is extremely knowledgeable about swimming technique. He simply knows his stuff. This DVD helped my 10 year old son as well as myself improve our breaststroke technique. I will absolutely be buying more of the GoSwim DVDs. Good stuff!Go Swim Breaststroke with Brendan Hansen

WWE Wrestlemania - The Complete Anthology, Vol. 1 - 1985-1989 (I-V) (1986) Review

WWE Wrestlemania - The Complete Anthology, Vol. 1 - 1985-1989 (I-V) (1986)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I waited a long time for the WWE to release WrestleMania I-XIV on DVD. I must say that overall I was not disappointed. Each WrestleMania is shown in its entirety (with the exception of WrestleMania XI). The WrestleMania DVDs show the original television broadcasts. I owned just about every WrestleMania in their original VHS format. The older tapes of the shows they released were heavily edited in order to fit the program on one cassette. They even edited some matches to make them shorter. The only way you could see all these matches in their entirety was to watch the original television broadcasts ... until now!
Now, here is what is what is wrong with the DVD sets:
-Entrance music for a lot of Superstars is dubbed over with crappy, generic music so the WWE would not have to pay royalties to use these songs.
-Any verbal reference to WWF is edited out
-WrestleMania XIV-X8 blurs out the WWF scratched logo
-The Salt N' Pepper performance at WrestleMania XI was completely taken out so the WWE would not have to pay them royalties
-There are no extra features whatsoever ... just the event itself for every WrestleMania
I hated that all this great entrance music was taken out. The edited out the entrance music to Slick's "Jive Soul Bro," HillBilly Jim's "Country Boy," Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, Demolition, Big Boss Man's "Hard Time," and Ric Flair's original entrance music to name just a few. I really miss "Jive Soul Bro!" I would have shelled out more dough for these DVDs if they ensured all the old theme music was included. The blurred out WWF scratched logo is annoying but bearable.
Personally, I only purchased the first three box sets of WrestleMania I-XV because I already owned WresteMania XV-21 on DVD. If you would prefer to own copies without all the WWF references edited out, I recommend you do the same and try to buy the original WresteleMania DVD releases off of Amazon or eBay for XV-21. Plus, you miss out on a ton of DVD extras that the original DVD releases are packed with.
Regardless of the gigs I give this box set, I highly recommend to add these DVDs to your collection if you are a professional wrestling fan. Every single match and interview is shown in its entirety. Plus, it is the only way you will get these classic WrestleMania's in DVD format.

UFC: Ultimate 100 Greatest Fights Review

UFC: Ultimate 100 Greatest Fights
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This set features many classic fights and is a worthy addition to any fight fans library, but is mainly targeted for the casual fan. With that said, the set is missing many important, or otherwise, some of their greatest fights. When the concept of this set was created, SpikeTV listed X number of fights on their website and the fans voted the order. The top 100 from the poll were included in this set, in the order which they were voted. This created much controversy within the MMA community, when some of their biggest stars from the past and several key fights were nowhere found on the list of fights that the UFC allowed the fans to vote for.
Zuffa/UFC/Dana White decided to re-write history, by not including fights from fighters who were on bad terms with them or left to compete in rival promotions. Instead they only included bouts which shows their former draws lose to their current fighters (Tito Ortiz, Tim Sylvia, Nick Diaz, Josh Barnett, Ken Shamrock, and Vitor Belfort) or just pretend that others don't exist (Frank Shamrock & Andrei Arlovski). By them doing that, they ruined the credibility of a release that truly could have been something special.
Most notably are the lack of any Frank Shamrock fights (the UFC's first ever 5X MW/LHW Champ and their poster boy of the late 90's). Where's his stunning debut against the undefeated 2X Pan Ams champ Kevin Jackson? Where's his first title defense that ended with an absolutely brutal career ending KO? Where's the exciting grudge match against John Lober? Most importantly, where is his title defense against Tito Ortiz? It's a travesty that his title defense against Tito Ortiz is not included. The fight alone is widely regarded as the greatest fight of the UFC's pre-Zuffa era and is still regarded as not only one of the UFC's greatest fights, but as one of the greatest title fights in the short history of this sport we call MMA.Shame on you Zuffa, UFC, and Dana White for trying to bury the past and re-write history to satisfy self-promotion, while giving the fighters, who made the UFC what it is today, a slap on the face.A list of key fights that you won't find on this release and may want to look somewhere else, if you're expecting to find them here.
Frank Shamrock vs. Tito Ortiz, Igor Zinoviev, Kevin Jackson, and John Lober
Ken Shamrock vs. Tito Ortiz 1, Dan Severn 1, Kimo 1 & 2
Nick Diaz vs. Robbie Lawler
Tito Ortiz vs. Evan Tanner, Vitor Belfort, Guy Mezger 1 & 2, Ken Shamrock 1-3, Forrest Griffin
Yves Edwards vs. Josh Thomson
Marco Ruas vs. Paul Varelens
Vitor Belfort vs. Tank Abbott, Marvin Eastman, Wanderlei Silva, Tito Ortiz
Josh Barnett vs. Randy Couture
Ricco Rodriguez vs. Randy Couture, Andrei Arlovski, Tim Sylvia
Andrei Arlovski vs. Pedro Rizzo, Matyushenko, Tim Sylvia 1 & 2, Marcio Cruz, Cabbage
Mark Coleman vs. Mo Smith, Don Frye
With the exception of the Don Frye fight, all of Tank Abbott's infamous early fights, including the Oleg fight are missing. If you're new to the sport and want to see a little history of the UFC first hand and watch some of their best fights that were omitted from this release because of politics, the list I provided should be a good start for you.***The Blu-Ray version includes all 5 episodes of The Ultimate 100 Countdown Show, which is Blu-Ray exclusive and not included on the standard DVD version***
There is also a production mishap, where discs 5 and 6 are labeled incorrectly. Disc 5 is actually disc 6 and vice versa.

This movie gives an excellent overview of all aspects of Muay Thai, right from the source - Thailand. The cultural and country coverage was fascinating. There is a good mix on the background and rules of the art, along with some awesome "live" fight footage. The training camp shown in the DVD seems like a great place to study the art. I hope to train there one day.

The Visible Rider: Anatomy in Motion 2 (2005) Review

Good video for beginners to learn how their riding affects the horse. I only gave it 3 stars because the dressage saddle on the gray horse was girthed way too far forward and the rider was interfering with his movement. This is a contradiction of the video subject matter and someone of Susan Harris's credentials should have known better.

Mike Austin: Secrets From the Game's Longest Hitter Review

Mike Austin: Secrets From the Game's Longest Hitter
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I'd like to help clarify why there is some discrepancy between some instruction in this video and other Mike Austin materials available.
After this video and the Austinology videos were made and during the last several years of his life after his stroke, Austin changed his thoughts on how the golf swing should be made...specifically regarding the hand action. Although some of the secrets are available in this video and the Austinology tapes, the more current method of how Austin's hands worked (in addition to a more in-depth explanation of Austin's swing) are available through Dan Shauger's teachings.
Dan was a close personal friend of Mike's for around 20 years, and as I have personal relationships with both Mike and Dan, I can attest to Dan's accurate knowledge of Austin's swing.
I hope this helps. Good luck. :-)

Very good display of Kata, including showing an above view, would recommend to anyone starting out.
My only reason for dropping a star would be the sound quality, the drumming was at sometimes quite annoying
