Go Swim Freestyle & Backstroke Drills Review

(More customer reviews)Not a bad dvd but a little over priced. I would say $15 to $20 max would be a good price. The drills are well explained and fairly easy and they explain how to do them well. The male swimmer swam a little too aggressively and churned the water too much making it hard to see the stroke. The female swimmer was a little smoother and it was easy to see her stroke and technique.
They do stress to use the drills you want and make them work for your stoke. In other words there are more than one way to do a good stroke.

Quality is stellar until the OT period on disk 2, at which point the images become shaky and blurry. Tried disk on 3 DVD players to no avail. Does not appear to be an issue on my laptop DVD player though. I have an email in to NCAA on demand to hopefully rectify, but I would be hesitant to purchase this item as the OT period is a crucial piece of this game.

I'm very fortunate to have grown up just outside Road America (my first race was around 1970)..its minutes from my back door.
To see Road America back in the day, without guard rails, is almost hard to believe.
All the tracks back then were raw and untamed, fitting for the Can-Am beasts.
Regardless of the type of racing that turns your crank,
Can-Am 'The Speed Odyssey' is a must have.
